You need TP for Rage though, though if you have a tackler he can "possibly" fit one.

LOl you try that lark on a sniper an he will tear you apart in record time. Never mind the fact you wont kill **** at that range. They will just out run your torps.

yer I have a standard exploration subsystem fit on my Legion at mo, I would have to remove one of the others to put the cov ops one in. Plus remove 2 lasers to fit a cloak an a probe. At this point I am seriously limiting my Legions survival abili...

ahh ok, 0.5 pays better doesn't it? Trouble I have, is if I make a cov ops subsystem an I need to remove 2 lasers. I cant fight with 4 lasers. Any lowsec cane is gonna give me a fight without only 4.
